We are very small and our products, by their nature, are extremely limited in production run or are service-oriented; therefore, our policy is “All Sales Are Final, No Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted, and No Refunds Are Issued.” We may make reasonable exceptions to this policy; although, we are under no obligation to do so. When in doubt, reach out!
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support AT alphajulietfoxtrot DOT com for help.
Refunds are only offered to customers that received the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support AT alphajulietfoxtrot DOT com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll help you sort it out.
EXCHANGE DIFFERENT SIZE or COLOR
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support AT alphajulietfoxtrot DOT com within seven (7) days after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
LATE or MISSING ITEMS
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at missing AT alphajulietfoxtrot DOT com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP Code Lookup to make sure you get it right!
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
